How good can I be?

Driven athletes, with the desire to achieve, ask themselves this question. It is a hunger, a longing for excellence and precision! Hard work, pain, sweat, and practice are the foundation for all dedicated athletes. Everyone can be better; some can be great! So you may ask yourself, “Why am I inconsistent in my performance?”… “What is getting in the way of my success? …my greatness? …my dreams?” Talent and hard work are necessities in peak performance, but keeping your head in the game is what separates the champions from the contenders.

At Performance Enhancement Institute (PEI), we work with motivated athletes who realize that to be their best, they must refine their mental game. Physical strength training added new dimensions to sports. Mental strength training takes the athlete to the extreme. Focus requires firm belief in yourself and all aspects of your game.

Our staff members have successfully trained individuals and groups for over 25 years. Our blend and application of psychological techniques and theories take you out of the office and into the streets, arenas, and performance venues to perform at your best.

It’s Quick
Through a process of evaluating and adjusting an athlete’s belief system and pattern of thinking, we refine mental strength and conditioning, thus increasing the probability that he/she will perform better, closer to their potential, and more consistently.

It’s Tangible.
Following a great game, athletes often testify that he/she felt great! Feelings are body sensations… the body’s chemical feedback system responds to thoughts and beliefs. Yips, jitters, butterflies, choking, and dry mouth are examples of body sensations that react to our negative beliefs, such as self-doubt and fear, and disrupt our muscle activity and performance.

It’s Up To You
Improve your mental game with mental conditioning/strengthening programs from PEI. We show you the answer to the question “How good can I be?”

PEI programs address negative thinking patterns and beliefs and replace them with positive mental messages and images that produce the body sensations (feelings) conducive to peak performance.

“Whether you believe you can or believe you can’t, you’re right.”
